ACA & NHS hosts an American Red Cross blood drive–Tuesday, May 2nd, 8:30-2:30 in our school’s gymnasium
Every two seconds someone in the United States needs blood, and yet blood cannot be manufactured–it must be given by volunteer donors. Because blood has a limited shelf life, the community blood supply must constantly be replenished to meet patient needs. Blood donors can make a live-saving contribution by giving blood–YOU can make a life-saving contribution!
Come on ACA, Let’s show our community spirit by showing up, rolling up our shirt sleeve, and becoming a part of the life-saving mission of the Red Cross by donating blood. If you are healthy and eligible, please come out to donate May 2nd, and if you can’t donate, please consider volunteering that day to help make this not only a successful blood drive for our community, but fun and educational as well.
